  • The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules & requirements and for implementing HSE rules within his area of responsibility;
  • The yard Company Site Representative (CSR) represents the COMPANY on yard, in direct relation with the CONTRACTOR to protect Company’s interest;
  • The job holder is then accountable for all onshore activities (i.e. Fabrication, Installation, Testing, Pre-com. & Com, Weighting, Loadout etc.) during F-DBN Project execution;
  • Control and following-up, monitoring and supervising the overall onshore construction (fabrication) and loadout carried out by EPCIC CONTRACTOR (and his SUBCONTRACTORS) at Construction/fabrication yards;
  • Manage the COMPANY supervision team assigned on Yards;
  • Ensure that all HSE, Quality and Technical contractual requirements are duly applied by CONTRACTORS and all SUBCONTRACTORS on the Yards;
  • Ensure that the overall construction planning and milestones are met, and the construction cost remains within the contractual budget;
  • Lead discipline Supervisors, and act as team leader by adequately motivating and providing clear priorities /directions for the performance of their duties;
  • Organize/participates in routine and/or random inspections and audits, convene daily/regular construction meeting with CONTRACTOR and promotes safety awareness at all levels, through exemplary and pro-active collaboration with FDBN Project team and CONTRACTOR (& SUBCONTRACTORS);
  • Accountable for Project Safety, Quality, Productivity and Ethics;
  • Seasoned construction personnel with sound technical knowledge coupled with good administrative capability to ensure seamless flow and strict adherence to schedule;
  • Perform his missions and duties during the entire duration of onshore construction till load-out;
  • Offshore relocation might also be required during sail-away, towing, offshore installation and HUC (hook-up and commissioning) activities.

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering;
  • Technical background with a minimum of 15 year experience in construction of O&G installations with relevant experience in EPCIC contract execution;
  • Adequate experience in onshore and offshore construction in brownfield environment;
  • Experience in executing similar project, involving complex tie-in’s in shutdown phase would be an added plus;
  • Familiar with COMPANY or Total General Specifications, MANASA, and relevant codes and standards;
  • Language: Fluent English – Both verbal and written;
  • Computer literate;
  • Good leadership skills and communication skills;
  • Ability to work on complex project under pressure and in multicultural environment;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Valid H2S and T-BOSIET ( OPITO) trainings with offshore medical fitness.
