  • Ensure that the HSE rules and COMPANY procedures are implemented in its activities;
  • Create, maintain & update database of all integral materials required for WAG project;
  • Identify shortfall of material in inventory, in coordination with Project Engineer and Engineering;
  • Raise Purchase Requests on materials, tools, and equipment for WAG project;
  • Address material shortage, delay issues for offshore deliveries by taking acts with any actors on the transverse flow (MRP, Procurement;
  • Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Receipt team, QC inspector(s), Preparation teams for outbound delivery);
  • Link with different actors of logistics process from procurement to delivery along with Project Engineers, Construction Coordinators, warehouse teams & Offshore Reps;
  • Verify that correct materials are linked to the work-orders;
  • Request specific physical inventory in case of PALM / SAP doubt;
  • After receiving the material mobilization date from the Project engineers, instruct warehouse teams for picking QC outbound inspection and outbound deliveries.
  • Prepares available materials for bagging, tagging, and shipment offshore, in-line with the Shutdown/Campaign schedule of planned jobs;
  • Initiate with Project Control process for re-certification, re-calibration, test for specific equipment (pressure gauges, valves) by Third party/Vendor or cable cuttings if needed;
  • Advise Offshore teams while delivering material & tracking for goods receipt offshore;
  • Coordinate with E&C Warehouse Material Controller for the transfer of E & C material into warehouse locations;
  • On regular basis, visit the Warehouse teams to improve the communications and get feedbacks from site;
  • Highly involved in checking material availability from COMPANY’s inventory - and provide weekly material status report to Project team;
  • Ensure compliance with Operating Procedures and Guidelines within the Asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plant Integrity;
  • Receive all completed As-Built packages from offshore, check that work scope is fully completed and documented, all Certification and test sheets are signed by all stakeholders including QC, As-built mark-up are counter-signed and stamped;
  • VDM certificate assistance for as-build activities by backtracking the P.O No’s for the materials installed;
  • Coordination with different entities in organization, as necessary to complete the work;

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline). Professional experience of at least 8 years post-graduation with at least 5 years in Materials / Logistics management in Oil and Gas Industry. Wide experience of Computerized Stock and Procurement management systems.
  • Familiar with PALM (COMPANY designation of SAP tool implementation project), PM and MM modules is preferred
  • Fluent in English. Good interpersonal and communication skills
