1. Provides Leadership and accountability for the Project’s Safety System;

2. Promote clear, accurate, timely, and consistent communication with other organizations with respect to transferring interface information;

3. Establishes a system for the Offshore Jackets & Topsides Project Teams to coordinate its activities as required effectively managing and organizing physical interfaces per principles and requirements of PMS;

4. Develop and maintain the Project's Interface Management Plan (IMP) for internal and external Offshore interfaces;

o Ensure that the Offshore Jackets & Topsides Project Teams and the EPC Contractor understands and use the Project's IMP;

o Conduct Offshore interface management workshops with the Project Owners and

Stakeholders to address physical interfaces and management processes;

5. Provides a single point of contact for information development and transfer between the Project and the external offshore interfacing organizations;

6. Assures offshore interfaces between the Project and the external interfacing organizations are defined, developed and documented in a timely manner consistent with project needs and lead meetings with interfacing organizations on a frequent basis, consistent with project needs;

7. Lead implementation of the Project's Offshore Interface Agreements and maintain the Project's Interface Registers that summarize critical Interface Agreements;

8. Keep the Project's PLT and PMT informed with respect to progress in resolving and closing out Interface Agreements whilst ensuring that the FEED or EPC Contractors' Interface. Plans are developed, then effectively implemented and monitored;

9. Assist in bringing Offshore Jackets & Topsides Interface Agreements to Approved and Closed status and assist in conflict resolution regarding Offshore Interface Agreements;

10. Keep the Offshore Interface Manager and Leadership Team informed of interface matters that could potentially jeopardize Project Objectives.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification;

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project activities related to oil and gas production and development (including EPC contracts);

• Minimum of five (5) years of production and project field experience with demonstrated supervisory skills;

• Experience with government agencies, contractors and vendors interface coordination in particular those involved in the construction of onshore facilities;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT;

• Application and in depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
