Brunel is seeking Frac Field Operators to join a major oil field services company in an ongoing casual role.

Brunel is partnering with a major international oil and gas company. Together we are seeking persons holding heavy vehicle licenses to join the team!

The Frac Field Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
  • Responsible for service delivery execution
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
  • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
  • Maintain the required safety training
  • Support in operating Hornet Blender
  • Support in operating High Pressure Pumps
  • Support in operating High Pressure Manifold
  • Experienced in maintaining High Pressure Pumps and Blenders

Requirements

  • HC/MC Open Driver's Licence
  • Suitable for applicants without prior oil and gas experience
  • Have full Australian work rights
  • Clear police clearance
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen

  • 3:2 roster (FIFO/DIDO)
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Surat Basin based position
  • Accommodation and meals provided
  • Field Rate $547 per day + Penalties for weekends and public holidays.
