On behalf of our client, a Global High Profile Service Provider to the Oil & Gas industry, Brunel are looking for a CAM Supply Planner for full time permanent work in Kewdale, Perth starting ASAP. With previous inventory management and planning procedures experience.

The Supply Planner is responsible for overall planning activities related to inventory management and services supply to ensure operational continuity. Supply Planner is to ensure Item Mater Data integrity for the plant. Is responsible for executing parts forecast and safety stock management based on the parameters identified by the collaboration between Operations, Planning and Services Projects Teams.

  • Manage the creation, maintenance and review of the PNs in the Item Master
  • Maintain order policy information in Material Master in such a way that it will maximize customer satisfaction while controlling inventory and costs
  • Support Workshop plan through management of external operations, from subcontractor engagement through to delivery of the products/service
  • Supports Workshop plan with administration of the Service Order Workpacks
  • Generate and maintain MRP planned orders by reviewing exception messages and action them, including release of Purchase Requisition and demand management
  • Review Material Shortages and work with Procurement on expediting to ensure workshop schedule and delivery dates are not affected
  • Perform material and subcontractors capacity availability checks as required to schedule service requirements to meet operational and customer needs, taking appropriate action when necessary
  • Continuous review and management of Safety Stock
  • Performs MRP backlog Analysis and reporting. Analyze data and collaborate in the determination and the subsequent application of appropriate order, inventory, and replenishment policies
  • Run Inventory Reports, track & monitor inventory, manage obsolescence as per Company Financial Policies
  • Perform Inventory Daily Cycle Counts to ensure accuracy of Inventory in SAP
  • Manage the Intercompany CCSTO process through planner workbench
  • Participate in the Capitalization process of Assets by Issuing to Assets Orders, Create Equipment Numbers, maintain revisions
  • Measure and ensure SAP systems data integrity and accuracy
  • Takes a leading role in the promotion of MRP awareness and continuous improvement cultures throughout the supply chain process
  • Might be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the organization

  • Possess full Australian working rights
  • Clean National Police Clearance
  • Strong confident communicator and negotiator
  • Good presentation skills
  • Great analytical skills
  • Strong excel skills
  • Knowledge of BI reports
  • Experience in inventory management & planning procedures
  • Possess strong experience with SAP Material resourcing transactions (MM and PM module) with and in-depth understanding of Materials Management as it relates to demand planning, inventory control and production control
  • Awareness of procurement system requirements e.g. Purchase Requisitions, PO placement

FIFO (fly-in fly-out) and local workers on WA mining and resource sites, people who work in remote operations, or run critical infrastructure, including remote train and port control, must receive their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by 12:01am 1 December 2021, and be fully vaccinated by 1 January 2022. This is mandated by the State Gov’t of Western Australia.
